Our Facility

Newport Doctors Medical Imaging is an American College of Radiology certified, state-of-the art imaging center located in Newport Beach. We specialize in high quality MRI, MRA, CT, CTA and PET/CT imaging studies. We are designed to offer a higher level of service to the patient as well as to the referring physician’s office. We can accommodate a need for urgent scans in almost every circumstance, the same day or within 24 hours, and we help facilitate with patient insurance authorizations.

Newport Doctors Medical Imaging has high speed connections to the complete libraries of the local hospital and other imaging centers, so that any prior scans your patient may have had can be viewed side by side their current study. With the combination of the expertise of our staff and the state-of-the-art diagnostic procedures we can provide the very best imaging available.

Our imaging suites were designed in excellence with the patient’s comfort in mind. You will enjoy your imaging experience in luxurious and bright surroundings assisted by friendly and knowledgeable personnel. For your convenience, we have free parking and the ability to pull right up to the office door.  

Our Staff

All of our exams are performed by experienced, highly trained technologists and monitored by board-certified radiologists. Our exams are overseen by our dedicated RN (registered nurse), who is a vein expert in accessing veins for IVs and Portacaths.  Our technicians are board certified in CT, MRI, and Nuclear Medicine.

Laboratory

We have an on-site laboratory for your convenience.  Certain imaging studies require laboratory tests done prior to imaging.  We can obtain instant lab results for you at our facility.

Insurances Accepted

We accept Medicare and PPO Insurances.  Please call with specific inquiries.

For patients WITH INSURANCE, we will help facilitate the authorization process for you and your referring doctor.

For patients WITHOUT INSURANCE, our cash prices are very competitive and our billing office will be happy to answer any questions for you.
